When we are living well on the other side of grace, it is only the same actions we performed when grace was our guiding force that will steer us back to the true and the eternal. What I mean is that when as artists we lose our way, how do we get back to our purpose, back to the source? Certainly not by trying to return to what once was, pretending we are the same people now as we were then and that we can create now just as we did THEN. We can only create now from who we are right now, about what is true for us RIGHT NOW – then our fall from creative grace is no fall at all, but just another skirmish in the battle for personal meaning.

Great message, Eugene! Sometimes it seems like a daily battle.
You Rock Eugene! Striking like a snake, with aim and purpose! Your messages are timeless truths of humanity; reaching down to the throat of the soul, and pulling it out to breath! With courage and power, you allow a platform in which commitment looks palatable, and possible! God speed Eugene and keep on the edge of battle!
Thanks again, Hollyn…it’s good to find kindred spirits – part of what sustains us…
Cheers,
Eugene
Re-inventing ourselves becomes a habit after a while…and change becomes a constant…

That it is, Nate…but I’d rather wake up to a battle every day than to the lies of comfort and avoidance of creative responsibility..
Cheers,
Eugene Buica
