We actors are people who are frightened, bored, and uninspired by reality – so we strive to create a better reality, that of our characters, a reality we can obsessively investigate and invest with all that we have, a reality we can finally call home. For this reason I abhor the use of the word “real” when it comes to any creative endeavor- “real” is what we’re so desperately trying to escape.

Real…. Sometimes escaping one reality to be in another. Molding our existing reality into what we can imagine is almost limitless. When I entered the world of acting and into a character for the first time, it was as i was living another life at the moment, another reality I could say. I found something in me I never knew I had. I’ve always loved doing short skits and playing around with the idea of acting, but never making it my life’s work, until now. Im looking forward to exploring this new world i can so comfortably call home.
Aaron…
I applaud your courage…not easy to embrace a life in the arts these days, when everything tells us to look for satisfaction in the material world…

Thanks Eugene
Also, I am currently working on getting to california to take the Boot Camp classes.
I believe it will be a great experience for me. It’ll be early next year. Looking forward to making that move.
Eugene,
This is exactly how I feel. I always turn to films and TV as a way to escape reality. Films can inspire, encourage, make you laugh or even fall in love. I’ve always thought about acting…but I’ve considered myself as someone ordinary or figured I would never be good at acting. I am terrified of putting myself out there and attending boot camp, but I want to be a part of something great.

We all want greatness in our lives, and excellence…but it’s hard to ask for it, and it’s even harder to do it with persistence and determination…
We’re here when you’re ready.
